FAQ
When will it arrive?
Most orders are printed within 1–2 business days and delivered 2–5 business days after that (US only). You'll get tracking by email. For Christmas delivery, order by December 12.
What photo works best?
A clear, well-lit photo where your pet's face fills most of the frame. Phone photos are fine. If your photo is too small or blurry to print well, we'll email you before printing.
How big is it?
About 3 inches across, glossy ceramic, printed on both sides, with a gold hanging cord.
Can I see a proof first?
The live preview above shows your layout. If anything looks off when we check your photo, we'll email you a proof before printing.
What if something's wrong?
If it arrives damaged or misprinted, email us a photo within 30 days and we'll replace it or refund you in full. See our returns policy.
