Returns & refunds

Because each item is made to order with your photo or text, we can't accept returns for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or defective, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.

Refunds go back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days after we approve them. Contact: hello@pawbauble.com.
